Products

Our products are food products made from amla (Indian gooseberry). We describe them as accurately as we can, but colour and texture vary naturally between batches. Health information on this site is for general information only. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Please check the ingredients for allergens, and consult a doctor if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or have a medical condition.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. If a price or stock error happens, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, the delivery address can't be serviced, or we suspect fraud.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. You can sign in with email and password or with Google.

Intellectual property

The The Amla Co name, logo, photos and content on this site belong to us and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
