🔒 No Questions Asked Returns – Not Applicable

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect usage
  • Delay in consumption

All purchases are final, except in specific cases mentioned below.

✅ Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following situations:

1. Damaged Product (During Transit)

Product received is physically damaged, leaking, or broken.

2. Wrong Product Delivered

Item received does not match the order placed.

3. Missing Items

Part of the order is missing upon delivery.

📸 Proof is Mandatory

To request a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory) starting from sealed package
  • Clear photos of outer packaging
  • Photos of inner product
  • Invoice or shipping label

No claims will be accepted without an unboxing video.

⏱️ Time Window for Claims

  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be considered

🔍 Verification Process

All claims will undergo a strict verification process. TheAmlaCo reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject claims at its sole discretion
  • Request additional proof if required

🔁 Resolution

If approved:

  • Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days
  • OR refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

🚫 Non-Eligible Situations

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Personal taste or expectations
  • Incorrect orders placed by customer

📦 Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for courier delays
  • Incorrect address provided by customer is not eligible for refund
